Overnight Egg Sausage Bake

Overnight Egg Sausage Bake


1 cup bisquick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and drained

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.

Pour egg mixture into dish.

Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
